Turks and Caicos

We spent a week in the beautiful Turks and Caicos. We stayed at the Beaches resort and had a wonderful vacation! We brought my mom and Jimmy's mom along to help out with the boys and it made for a relaxing trip for all!!
Luke being a "scooby doo monster" at Pirate Island. The boys loved pirate island, it had a bunch of water slides, a lazy river, pools and fountains. Here is where you could find Landon a third of the time, in the fountains at Pirate Island.
Luke thought he would take the sailboat out one night for a midnight cruise.
Another third of the time on our trip Landon spent eating! He loved the all inclusive and took full advantage of all you can eat. One day for lunch he ate a piece of cheese pizza and an entire grill cheese plus baby food. Not sure where he stores it all, but he is an eater. =)
The boys playing at Pirate Island.
Luke going down one of the many slides.
Luke busy transporting water.
One night we ate at the Japanese restaurant. Luke loved his chopsticks.
The boys made sure we were up and ready to start our day no later than 6:30 every morning. Every morning we would go out to the beach before it got to hot and build sandcastles and play in the ocean. It was a blast. Here we are busy building our sandcastle fort and Mimi putting up the wall between them to "keep the bad guys out."
Landon was a very good sand castle builder. At first he thought it was food, but after he realized it wasn't he was busy working away.
The water was so beautiful!!! We saw a bunch of starfish! A man had gotten one out of the water and Luke had to check him out.
The boys weren't the only ones that enjoyed Pirate Island. Here is Jimmy doing a little body surfing.
I had to join in on the fun!! Three people could surf at one time and I think this girl was making sure I didn't mess her up. =)
The other third of the time Landon spent sleeping. He enjoyed his morning naps poolside and thanks to Nana (Jimmy's mom) and Mimi (my mom) he could do so, as they tanned.
Landon trying to get the turtle out of the rock.
Every morning we had breakfast in a "castle" with the Sesame Street characters. Here the boys are hanging out with knight Big Bird.
It was such a great trip and so memorable!! Check out photo album 2 under Beaches where there are A LOT of great pictures that document ALL the fun we had together!!=)
