Busy Past Couple of Weeks!!!

Hello!! We've been super busy the past couple of weeks! Two weekends ago Luke had his first Daddy's weekend!! They stayed very busy going to Daddy's basketball and softball games, going to work with daddy and going to the Braves game. The boys had their boys weekend and us girls had our weekend. Kristin, Nana and I took mom to St. Simons for her birthday!! It was wonderful to be able to relax and celebrate my mom's birthday! I am still waiting for pictures from our weekend... Kristin!! =) When we got back we took our first family trip to the Braves game! It was a lot of fun and to top the night off we ran into the Voelzke's. Luke had so much fun running around with Harrison and playing with their tomahawks!!
This weekend we were off again, this time to Charleston to see our nephew Trey! We were able to see him in the hospital on Friday. It was so wonderful to see his beautiful little face and get to hold him! What a precious miracle!!! I will hopefully have some pictures soon of our visit. We did not have our camera and so we are waiting on new daddy Tom to send us some when things calm down.
The next highlight of our trip was going to see the Thunderbirds!!! We went to the Air Forces airshow and had a blast!!! Luke loved seeing all the planes flying and getting to go in them. It really made us proud to be Americans and thankful for our military!!!
When we got home on Sunday we started getting Landon's room all ready! We are almost done and are getting very excited about his arrival!!

Check out the pictures in the albums titled April 2008 and Landon's room.

Our week and 10 more weeks to go...

Luke spent the week with his Nana and Mimi and was spoiled to death! Only grandma's would let their little boys sit on the island and eat batter straight from the bowl. Mimi made a new dessert and Luke obviously loved it. He licked the bowl and looked at my mom and said "good job Mimi!" So cute!! Luke had a wonderful week with his Nana and Mimi and we appreciate them so much taking good care of our little man!!
While Luke was being spoiled by his Nana and Mimi, Jimmy and I were being spoiled at his President Club trip in Palm Springs. It was wonderful!! I think they spoil the spouses more than the President Club winners, but I will take it. I went to the spa, laid out by the pool, went on bike rides through the desert (yes, I can still ride a bike:))everyday! It was so relaxing and Baby Landon got a little sunshine too.
Jimmy, I am SO proud of all of your accomplishments!!! Not only are you the best dad and husband in the world, but your accomplishments at work I could not be more proud of!! WAY TO GO SWEETIE!!!

Here are some of my best of friends who gave me the most wonderful shower ever!!! Helen, Tricia, Misty, and Catherine thank you so much for such a special day! Thank you Helen for having it at your beautiful home! It was so great to be with friends and family to celebrate and get us all ready for Landon's arrival.

10 more weeks to go. Here is how baby Landon's mommy is looking for all of you who have asked for me to post a picture. Landon is growing like crazy because his kicks and punches are getting harder every day and I can feel his little body parts now too. It is so wonderful to be pregnant with our little boy and I thank God for blessing us with this new little life and we cannot wait to see and hold him.
