Beach Time and Hurricane Fay!

On our way down to Saint Simons we stopped in Savannah to see one of my best friends Stacie and her beautiful little girl Morgan. Morgan was born the day after Landon and she is so precious!! It was great to get to see them and celebrate our new arrivals. I cannot wait to see them again! It is sad we don't live right down the road from each other, but so glad to have Stac to talk to everyday and we compare baby stories!=)
When we got down to the beach on Wednesday the wind on the beach was pretty strong, but Luke got to play in the ocean a bit. The next day was off and on rain, but we played out in it anyway. We went to the pier, playground and the hot tub. We also enjoyed our favorite restaurants. Friday...
well as you can see on Friday there was no beach at all and Fay was in full force! Luke was hanging on for dear life and the wind was pretty powerful. Don't we look like we should be reporting for the weather channel?
Saturday came around and Landon was ready to get out and enjoy the beach. It was a relaxing trip and pretty cool to see the beach during a storm like that. Wouldn't want to be in anything worse that is for sure.

2 Months Old!!

I cannot believe our little boy is 2 months old today!! Time flies!!! He has brought so much joy to our home!! We did not know that we could have anymore when it was just Luke, but now it has multiplied!
Luke loves his baby brother and he likes giving him hot dog hugs and kisses... not real sure what those are, but he loves giving them.

Friday we went to St. Mountain and Luke enjoyed playing on the "big" playground!
A family shot... it's so rare for us all to be in a picture together.

What we've been doing...

Well, we have been on the go. As you can see above our little Landon has become quit the chunky monkey! He has so many chins and cute little rolls it is just adorable! Guess mommy's milk is doing the trick. =) He love to talk in his cute baby talk and smile his beautiful smiles at us all the time. It is just awesome watching him grow and Luke is loving "his baby!"

Luke is waiting for it to rain. His little girlfriend Anna got him the most adorable pirate raincoat, boots and umbrella for his birthday and we are just waiting for rain now. It started to sprinkle the other day and Luke ran to get his umbrella, but it stopped before we could get the entire outfit on.

The little chunky monkey loves to take baths. Every night by 8:00 if he is not in the bath he lets us know. Luke has been helping mommy give him a bath and Luke cannot wait for them to be able to take a bath together.

Last weekend I threw Kristin her bachelorette party. It was an awesome girls weekend! We went to the spa, had our "pool boy" Jimmy bring us drinks by the pool and then went out to celebrate her last weeks of freedom. =) The trainer Jimmy and I workout with said he could get us a limo for the night from one of his friends and what showed up was the BIGGEST piece!!! No hub caps, a broken antenna, the bumper was falling off the back...it was so ghetto, but it made the night very fun and provided great stories. Now only 3 weeks till the big day!! Can't wait!!!!

Helen and I took the boys to The Children's Museum. They played with trains, balls, went fishing, grocery shopping (as you can see above), the "petting" zoo and got to watch a show. The boys loved every minute of it and we had to bribe them out. Helen did not have to use candy to get B out, but I had to pull out lollipops, starburst and every other thing to get Luke to leave. Landon was the perfect baby and slept in the sling the entire time. It was a great day!

Here's the little monkey with his girlfriend Addy Grace. Aren't they just precious!!!!
